A prior business owner, journeyman machinist and a local Deputy Sheriff officer in Ohio, GOD later called me to step up to build his CHURCH MINISTRY. 

 I started an outreach program delivering and handing bibles, gospel tracts , gospel news paper, and personal one on one ministry everyday since the begining of 2018. 

GOD placed in my heart and created the name "I am the Word" Ministries when it started in 2018.  It's all about him , he is the I AM and THE WORD!     PRAISE GOD- AMEN..

Not being a church goer nor being saved prior to my experience that we will read here shortly, I began to read GODS word in 2016 the KJV BIBLE while sitting on my couch at home ,I found myself not being able to put the bible down. 

I spent lots of days and late nights up till 4 to 5 am staying up reading and crying when I read certain scriptures. I found myself getting humble in the word and wanting to learn more.

After reading the bible 2 times and studying it lots within one year, and seeing our world's current conditions and direction, the bible had spoke to me and called me to repentance. Making me have a totally different outlook on WHY WE ARE HERE on earth, on why and what every person needs for eternal peace and salvation.

 If you read the KJV bible and ask GOD to help you understand what he wants you to see, he will deliver, I am living proof. I AM A CHRISTIAN FROM THE LIVING WORD OF GOD NOT FROM A MAN MADE EATHLY RELIGION OR JUST FROM VISITING A CHURCH. JESUS DIED FOR YOU AND ME, ALL OF US, WE ARE ALL EQUAL.

Everything we need today to survive and will face in our future was written over 2,000 years ago. THE KJV BIBLE IS  AMAZING, HOW IT SPEAKS TO YOU, IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ IT.

GOD found in his timing, when the timing was right, delivering me with open arms with his Holy Spirit. 

He pointed me in a direction that I had no clue where I was going or what was instore for me to do.

I did not have a clue on what his purpose was or where I was to go. All I heard was the Spirit saying go to a country church building on a snowy day early in 2018.

After jumping up and down in the holly spirit of GOD in my living room crying and saying thank you JESUS many times, I WAS SO FREE AND HAPPY as I felt like a new different person, a feeling I've never ever had experienced in my life, at that time I was 52. 

. I got in my truck crying, raising my arms praising GOD and I drove to the nearest church. 

The church looked to be in operation but no one around. I found out shortly later it was shut down in Sept 2017.

I had no clue or any ideal of the church condition or it being in operation, I just knew I was to be their where GOD took me to.

I had no clue on what I was to do, especially when no one was there. GOD said get out and take a picture of the phone number on the sign, so I did as my heart lead me to do.

I went home crying saying Lord what am I to do, he said call the number, so I call the number that was on the sign. The pastor answered the phone, I immediately asked, when are you having church, I want to come! 

The pastor on the phone informed me that they had shut the church down and he said they was going to sell it when the weather broke.  Something directed me to ask immediately, what do you want for it? The pastor gave me a number to call to get all the information on the building and asking price, so I made that call. 

I called and scheduled to met the next day to look at the church property. The gentleman asked , what are you going to use it for, I was crying and so humble but happy, I said I'm not sure, but I think I'm going to preach GODS word. Talking about a game changer, I had no ideal that was coming out, LOL but it did.

 Long story short within 8 days or so my wife and I owned the church building.

 With no job and my wife's medical condition we were not looking for anything to purchase. But God knew what we needed and put me there in the right timing in starting to build what GOD really wanted to be done.

 If you follow the spirit, GODS SPIRIT- HE IS A PROVIDER. IF YOU LISTEN AND FOLLOW HIS COMMAND- HE IS THE PROVIDER. IT NEVER MADE SINCE, BUT I UNDERSATAND IT NOW AS HE HAS BLESSED US GREATLY.

This holy spirit that I experienced directed me in the begining of 2018. My wife and I had been through it ALL. With loosing my job due to a serious medical issue in Jan 2016, two family members passing in mid and late 2016 , and my wife battling cancer at the time in 2016 and the spirit said go to the church!

 I defiantly was in no position to buy anything or even looking for anything to do, I had a lot on my plate.

 I never really understood at the time and never questioned what had happened to me.

I studied the KJV BIBLE the word of GOD, He spoke and directed me their to purchase that old church, He knew what he was going to do.

I had no Job and was on a fixed income of $18,500 a year before taxes and no insurance, no social security. 

God put me in my place saying, "you are ready my son, its your time to go to work for ME".

In the process we purchased the church building and had to do some fixing. God continued to open the door in many avenues that kept us going and we have never missed a beat in the rebuilding of what he wanted done at his church. He continues making needed improvements to handle our church outreach needs. 

He created MY WIFE AND I an income with www.Needabarn.com putting food on the table, and an income that would help us gradually fix up the old church building and to get it up and going. We have been able to help several families and other people in need.

 God created a flow for it all, to build our outreach program in our needs and supplies in getting it going. He has created all the avenues we have needed to do his will and calling. GOD sends the right people to come support, providing  his will to be done at this church ministry. It's all about Jesus, not us.

God continues to open all the doors for this ministry. GOD has called it to be more and more, bigger and better in a very unique way, we are being patient, its all done in his timing and his will, it will be done. We had our struggles in the begining with many saying they wanted to come preach and help in getting the church going, but no one did. No one stepped forward "not willing to help".

So we kept on doing what we could. To get the WORD of GOD in the peoples hands, in our outreach program.

God sent me help getting started with Herb Plogman. Herb was our fedx delivery guy. unique on how GOD works, Herb was delivering a package to our business one day and we both stated to talk about Jesus and what the LORD wanted us to do. We begin to meet on occasion and talk about getting the church up and going. 

We began our first official church service in August 1ST of 2019 preaching the word of GOD.

We are small AND STILL GROWING. I AM The WORD MINISTRY is still searching for that one that is committed 100% to do GODS work EVERYDAY and On our Thursdays.  We are to plant the seeds and the vines will grow. GOD has rapidly provided the avenues to do more for his will.

 The seeds we are planting will soon bring our ministry team together. We welcome all who are willing to step up and be a true soldier for CHRIST. To preach the word and to be part of GODS ministry team.

 We welcome a new brother in CHRIST , Jared Cox.  Jared is part of that growing seed that Herb planted in just sharing the word of GOD. God spoke to Jared and now he is that soldier and truth for CHRIST.

 God has always provided our needs in his timing, we rely on him for sending us the people. It will all flow together. GOD is the planner, we work for him. We have been blessed with several others in the ministry Pastor Richard Deems, Sam Budd as they both continue to do the work of God here.

 If your lost or struggling we welcome all to come visit our ministry and become that soldier for CHRIST. No politics in this ministry or in this church house, we are all equal in GODS eyes. This is the peoples church. WE NEED YOUR HELP AND STEP UP IN DOING GODS WORK.

God has laid it on our hearts to continue church services on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.

 WE WILL NOT QUIT OR GIVE UP IN SHARING THE WORD OF GOD.

We have had lots of support from other pastors, taking the time to come and preach at our Church AND Cruzin4Christ events.

As we continue to grow and build this Church we just added  ANOTHER UNIQUE MINISTRY OUTREACH CALLED "CRUZIN4CHRIST".

We need all the help we can get and we call upon the Lord and trust in him. For him sending us the right people to make this ministry a success. Sending people  in help in BUILDING, people supporting making this a success for GODS glory alone.

We will do his will in what he has called us to do righteously. NO RELIGION- JUST A RELATIONSHIP

We do not get paid, no money to preach and teach GODS word, all money donations will fund to build the church operation growing needs, equipment, websites, utilities, fixings, upgrades and helping a needy families and kids.. The more we grow with your support, the more we can get the word in the hands that need it.

WE DO NEED HELP FIXING AND TO BUILD THE GROWING COST FOR THE MINISTRY TO REACH MORE LOST SOULS.

WE THANK GOD FOR MAKING IT ALL HAPPEN IN SENDING US THESE PEOPLE. PROVIDING OUR NEEDS AND BLESSING, THE ONES WHO CAN GIVE OR CAN HELP OUT PLEASE DO. 

 I THANK  JESUS CHRIST FOR MAKING THIS ALL POSSIBLE IN HIS WAY AND ALLOWING US TO HELP OTHERS IN BRINGING THEM TO CHRIST. IF YOU HAVE THE FAITH  HE WILL PROVIDE.
